Refunds
We endeavor for all of our products to reach you in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event of requesting a refund you must contact us as quickly as possible with details of your order and the problem you have experienced. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase or images of your unsatisfactory goods.
Refunds will be issued at our discretion and via the original method of payment.

Cancellations
When you book one of our catering options for your function, we commit our time and resources to your event along with ordering the necessary food and supplies. Cancellations can result in lost income and lost business opportunities, therefore the following cancellation limitations apply.
If a client requests cancellation of their booking 7 working days or more before the event, they shall receive a full refund. If a client requests cancellation less than 7 working days before the event, the booking will be non-refundable. Where full payment for booking has not been made, the full amount will become due.
This policy is valid for online, email and phone catering orders.
